Technology delivery model

The biopolymer as a biotechnological tool — a molecular machine inside the process.

The biopolymer acts directly as a molecular machine within the process — a purpose-designed structure and active surface.

Technology delivery

The technology is delivered as a biotechnological tool in the form of a biopolymer with a purpose-designed structure and active surface, acting directly as a molecular machine within the process.

Depending on the individual parameters of the process (density, temperature, pressure, mixing method, kinetics, retention time and so on), a biopolymer with the appropriate particle size is selected — which is what makes the selection and delivery of the technology automatable.

Four steps of implementation

From process parameters to a molecular machine.

  1. 1

    Process parameter analysis

First the process parameters are analysed — for example density, temperature, pressure, mixing, kinetics and retention time.

  2. 2

    Biopolymer selection

On that basis, the right biopolymer is selected, with the correct particle size and a suitably designed active surface.

  3. 3

    Delivery into the process

The biopolymer enters the process as a biotechnological tool — not as an ordinary additive, but as a functional working element.

  4. 4

    Action inside the process

Within the process itself it acts as a molecular machine, interacting directly with cells and microorganisms and supporting the desired biological effect.

Automated selection

The system analyses the process and selects the biopolymer.

The system analyses the process parameters, selects the optimal biopolymer and delivers it automatically into the bioreactor.

Selection matched to the process parameters

This is not a universal substance “for everyone”, but a precisely selected biopolymer matched to the conditions of a specific process.
